A window into days gone by, what stories could be told.

Suzie went away for a few days to a place just past Inverell, NSW, called Gum Flat.

Gum Flat is not far from Inverell, about 15 minutes drive.

It’s a pretty drive from Brisbane, via Warwick and Tenterfield.

You pass through the ranges, where the road is in good condition.

Inverell and Gum Flat are very scenic places, lots to see, so we will have to come back again and photograph some more.

The Public School in Gum Flat is over 126 years old.
